Description:

As an Application Designer at Accenture, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application requirements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze user needs, and convert those into functional specifications.

Your work will include contributing innovative solutions, reviewing functional and technical documents, enhancing application designs, and ensuring user-friendly experiences. The role also expects you to work independently, gradually becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain, while actively engaging with your team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Contributing to team discussions and solutioning process
• Designing applications that meet both business and technical requirements
• Reviewing and refining application designs to optimize usability and performance
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code to deliver high-quality solutions

Key Technical Skills:

React.js, Spring Boot, Component-based architecture, State management, RESTful APIs integration, Clean coding practices

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Good to have skills in Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of application design principles and modern JavaScript practices
• Familiarity with using REST APIs for backend integration
• Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education (graduate/postgraduate)
• Ability to work independently, contribute in discussions, and provide practical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
